This hot summer day was a great day to have a home function with family and friends! I was there to set up, clean up and assist the host and hostess in their beautiful kitchen. The food was scrumptious (and spicy!). An outdoor grill was assembled to make fresh pudas (savory Indian pancake with chickpea gram flour, onions, cilantro and tomatoes). Everyone was so wonderful and I truly enjoyed my day with them!
